We are an apprenticeship company
Since the founding of our company we train apprentices every year. Currently we are training 21 young employees (rate 11.5%). Many of our skilled craftsmen have completed their training at our company. Both parties, the company and the apprentice, benefit from the training from the beginning. Our apprentices have a large know-how advantage because they know the company from the inside. The apprentices are integrated in the practical operations from day one and they use their newly acquired knowledge to find that their contribution is really used. We hire most apprentices after their training and therefore we also benefit in the long run from the know-how of the precision mechanics, technical product designers and industrial clerks.
We employ qualified trainers who intensely take care of the theoretical and practical training. At the same time, we have dedicated skilled craftsmen/employees who also contribute to a successful apprenticeship. We offer a safe apprenticeship training position to you and a practice oriented training in a manageable company.
