| Product variety | We assemble a wide variety of hydraulic components in our final assembly operation, from a small valve up to a boom ram with a weight of 400 kg. The main enemies are dirt and damages of all kind. This is why the final assembly takes place in a separate hall. All parts are thoroughly cleaned before assembly (scourers with 5 µ-filters) and once more inspected for damages. Our well trained assemblers work assiduously and with the required diligence.

| Functional and leakage tests | All products that leave our facilities are subject to a complete functional and leakage test. This guarantees the highest level of reliability for our customers (our complaint rate is app. 0.2%).In addition, a comprehensive first sampling by our design department is specified for all prototypes. All customer specifications are checked during this process and they are only released if all promised characteristics have been met.

| Painting | | In 1996, we installed the first combined paint and drying cabin in our assembly department. Our products can therefore receive a final painting if the customer requires it. The trend to a final painting for the component has strengthened during the last few years. We therefore installed an additional painting and drying cabin in 2004. At the same time, we purchased a 4-zone continuous and pre-processing system, which degreases (phosphated), flushes and finally dries the finally painted components. This guarantees the optimum adhesion characteristics for the following painting process. | |  | | Final painting |
