Quality assurance, environmental and work safety
| For many years, our company is committed to quality and environmental management. Since August 2001, we are certified in accordance with the standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004. The positive image of our products is also due to the efforts for quality and environmental protection. The multifaceted experience and the resulting improvement options have led to the decision in 2004 to revise and expand the management system. Management decided in this context, to integrate the work safety activities, which were already developed to a large extend in the past, into the existing management system and get it certified in accordance with the OHRIS standard.
ÖLHYDRAULIK ALTENERDING is also certified in quality requirements for welding in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-2:2006.
These are steps to offer a service to our customer, which makes our activities transparent and it emphasizes that quality, environmental consciousness and work safety and the resulting customer satisfaction are the most important indicators for us.

| Company policy | Our company philosophy can be divided into five strategic objectives, which in turn proof our performance and competency. - All our activities are oriented at the customer. The specific benefit for the customer is the main reason for our performance (product quality and delivery reliability). The cooperation with our customers as partners supports the possibility, to understand the market better and to implement the resulting know-how into the company for future use. This applies to all products and services produced under the name of ÖLHYDRAULIK ALTENERDING.
- The company infrastructure represents a sustainable foundation for the implementation of a successful quality policy. Our employees are at the center of our efforts to achieve quality. Their responsibility and their effort for the quality or their work products are supported. Our most important concern is the systematic communication of the quality idea into the furthest parts of our company with the objective to continuously improve our performance for the benefit of our customers.
- Our internal and external cost influences directly our competitiveness and the profit. An economic course of action is therefore the basis for longterm survival in the marketplace These are the basics: meeting the specified quality is economical – missing quality generates unnecessary cost.
- As a producing company, we depend on the close contacts and the partnership relationships to our suppliers. We maintain these relationships with special prudence.
- In addition to meeting customer requirements, we are responsible for our environment and the safety of our employees. It is our objective to combine the customer and employee benefits to largest possible extend. The health of our employees is important for us. This is why an optimum work and health protection is of outmost importance.

| Environmental objectives | | The adherence to environmentally relevant statutory provisions is second nature for us. In addition, we continuously improve the environmental compatibility of our manufacturing processes and our products, from planning to disposal.Raw materials, energy, water and other goods are used as sparingly and as targeted as possible.Our employees are motivated for environmentally conscious activities through training and frequent information regarding environmental protection.With respect to environmental questions, we work openly with our contract partners and the public authorities. Emergency plans are established and organizational and technical measures are taken for activities and processes, which are unavoidable due to the state-of-the-art and that are environmentally critical, to avoid accidental releases of materials or energy. Precautions are taken to ensure that subcontractors and contract partners, who work on the premises, use the same environmental specification as our company.For new investments, the best available technology will be selected based on the procurement criteria of Ölhydraulik Altenerding. The effectivity of our environmental policy and the environmental management system is continuously guaranteed and is controlled by frequent internal and external tests. |
