Expertise
We employ almost exclusively skilled craftsmen (trained lathe, milling and grinding operators, welders certified in accordance with DIN EN 287-1) for our manufacturing operations, They are solely responsible for their workplace, i.e. they develop the required NC programs, set their machines up and perform the required tests for the workpiece during production. The personal responsibility given to our employees and our quality culture guarantee high performance and reliability.
Note for welding constructions: we are certified in accordance with DIN 18800-7  class C for proof of suitability

High technology equipment
Our machinery includes high technology CNC machines and machining centers, which are the basis for an optimized and perfected production process. Our main objective is to minimize cycle times and this leads us into the direction of total machining of the most complicated products. Our cylinder housings for swing axle cylinders are currently lathed, ground, drilled and deburred in one clamping position.

These investments put us into the position to react fast and flexible to all changes in the market.

Precision and process orientation
Hydraulic components consist of very precise components with dimensional tolerances in the µ-range. There are many things required to manufacture these accuracies with process orientation:

  • very qualified and trained employees
  • consistent test planning
  • complete test equipment calibration 
  • monitoring preventive maintenance for production equipment.

These activities are second nature for us. For example, we only employ welders certified in accordance with DIN EN 287-1 in our welding area.

Quality control
All parts are subject to a quality test before they are assembled.
The following tests are preformed in-house:

  • Incoming inspections of all product types
  • Internal plant tests for all process steps
  • Final tests of all half-finished products
  • 100% functional and leakage tests of the assembled products

We use state-of-the-art measurement equipment for this purpose, such as a 3-D measurement machine, surface-roughness and concentricity gages, ultrasound and hardness test equipment, pressure measurement gages and many more.
