| Produktbeschreibung | Hydraulic boom backstop cylinders are used as hydraulic outrigger and backfall security on braced-mast cranes. The cylinder will be compressed in the end position of the support outrigger (almost vertical position) and therefore generates the required pressure to push the support outrigger back. This is why they are a category A safety component. A malfunction of the cylinder would result in the crane to overturn. Our hydraulic boom backstop cylinders are exclusively made from high strength steels to enable them to absorb the enormous mechanical forces.
